Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tkpak ("tkpak", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://tkpak.io. By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a game, making a deposit, or using any feature of the tkpak service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one and only one registered account on the tkpak platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When creating a tkpak account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid and active mobile number registered in your name, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your residential address within Bangladesh. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or contact details belonging to another person.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tkpak will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your tkpak account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting outstanding bonus-related obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. tkpak also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.

Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to player safety, anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gaming obligations, tkpak requires all registered players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before real-money withdrawals are enabled on their account.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

5.2 Deposit Processing

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — regardless of the relationship — will trigger an investigation and may result in account suspension and return of funds to their original source. tkpak does not accept deposits from individuals who are not the account holder.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your tkpak account are processed exclusively to a verified payment method registered in your name. You may not withdraw funds to a payment account that differs from the one used for your most recent deposit, or to a third-party account under any circumstances.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification and you must not have any pending bonus wagering requirements that restrict withdrawal of the relevant balance. Any active bonuses must either be completed, expired, or forfeited before the associated funds become withdrawable.

6.2 Processing Times

tkpak targets withdrawal processing within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. 6.4 Refused Withdrawals

Bonuses & Promotions

tkpak offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered on tkpak carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active are stated clearly on each promotion page. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before opting in to any bonus.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

tkpak monitors all accounts for patterns that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, statistically near-certain bets to clear wagering requirements; exploiting promotion terms in a manner contrary to their intended purpose; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings voided and may be suspended.

7.3 tkpak Right to Modify Promotions

tkpak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including for players who have already opted in, provided that any already-completed wagering requirements are respected. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day — run for defined periods only and are not carried over once the promotional window closes.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on the tkpak platform. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino game variants are published in the Rules section of the relevant product area.

8.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not accepted and no contract is formed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the tkpak system. Bets placed on an event that has already commenced without your knowledge will be settled at the prevailing in-play price if available, or voided at tkpak's discretion. In-play betting odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any moment; tkpak is not liable for bets that could not be placed during an odds suspension.

8.2 Void Bets

tkpak reserves the right to void any bet where it can demonstrate that the bet was placed at an erroneous price caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error; where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed; or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake amount.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each market and casino game are displayed at the point of bet placement or game loading. tkpak reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account at its sole discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpak platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether under your own identity or under any fictitious or borrowed identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the platform.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your actual geographic location or identity in order to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or engaging in any arrangement that involves real-money transactions between players outside of the platform's official features.

Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. tkpak's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

tkpak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
